THE LEATHER
Leather is the main material used at Le Ceinturier. We therefore attach paramount importance to using leather of the best possible quality while meeting our criteria for respecting the environment.
VEGETABLE TANNING
In order to preserve the environment and to offer a high quality product, LE CEINTURIER has exclusively opted for vegetable tanning. It is the most environmentally friendly tanning method. Longer to produce and therefore more expensive, it has the advantage of giving exceptional properties to the leather.

WOOL FELT
Wool felt is an amalgam of wool which allows us to obtain a non-woven fabric by pressure and scalding of natural fibers. Our felts are made from 100% merino wool fibers: the finest and silkiest one for this use.
