DELIVERY AND RETURNS

For the holidays, returns and exchanges are extended until January 15 for all orders placed between November 8 and December 15. For any order placed after December 15, enjoy a one-month period to exchange or return your products.

PROCESSING TIMES

In general, we ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

During peak times, we do our best to meet these deadlines; however, in some cases, order preparation may take up to 48/72 hours.

SHIPPING

Le Ceinturier ships worldwide!

For Metropolitan France:

Free shipping on orders over €69.

Home Delivery:

  • Standard Home - Colissimo Tracking: €5.90 to €6.90 (2 to 3 business days) Delivery Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays - Free shipping on orders over €69.

  • Express Home Delivered the next day: €11.90 (delivery in 24 hours for orders placed before noon)

Pickup Point Delivery:

  • Standard Pickup - Chrono Relais Pickup: €4.90 to €5.90 (2 to 3 business days) Over 16,000 pickup points in Metropolitan France - Delivery available Monday through Saturday depending on the pickup point - Free shipping on orders over €69.

  • Express Pickup delivered the next day by 1 pm (excluding Saturdays): €8.90 (for orders placed before noon).

During peak periods, our delivery times may be extended.

For International:

Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In France

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a free exchange or return.

Exchange:

Free exchanges within 30 days: To exchange a product within France, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.
(Limited to one prepaid label per order)
  • Belt too large: If your belt is too large, contact us at info@ceinturier.com for a free exchange. A prepaid label will be sent to you at no additional cost.
  • Other products: For other products, please follow the instructions on our Returns Portal. Once your return is validated, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned items, redeemable on a new order.

Return (Right of Withdrawal):

Return fees: A prepaid return label is available through our Returns Portal for a fee of €4.90, which will be deducted from the final refund. You may also choose to ship the package at your own expense.
  • Full refund within 14 days: If your return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, you will be fully refunded, including initial shipping costs (based on a standard delivery rate), in accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code.
  • From the 15th to the 30th day: For a return request made between the 15th and 30th day inclusive, only the item cost will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued through the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees.

Acceptance Conditions:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for complete, intact, unworn, unused products in their original packaging (including cotton pouch and any gift items).

International

Exchange:

  • Exchange available within 30 days: International exchanges are available within 30 days via our international Returns Portal.

After your return is validated, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned items, redeemable on a new order.

Return (Right of Withdrawal):

  • Return available within 30 days: International returns are accepted within 30 days via our international Returns Portal. Le Ceinturier does not provide a prepaid label for international returns. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued through the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees.
