DELIVERY AND RETURNS

TREATMENT DELAYS

We usually ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

During periods of high activity we do everything we can to meet these deadlines, but in some cases order preparation can take up to 48/72 hours.

 

DELIVERY

There are Le Ceinturier customers worldwide, which is why we are able to deliver to you anywhere in the world.

 

Mainland France: 

Delivery is free from 69€ of purchases.

 

During busy periods, our delivery times may be extended.

Home delivery:

  • Standard - Colissimo Suivi: €5.90 to €6.90 (2 to 3 working days) Delivery from Monday to Saturday included
  • Express Delivered the next day: €11.90 (delivered within 24 hours for an order placed before 12pm)

 

Delivery to pick-up point:

  • Standard - Chrono Relais Pickup : €4.90 to €5.90 (2 to 3 working days) more than 16,000 pick-up points in mainland France - Delivery from Monday to Saturday included.
  • Express Delivered the next day before 1pm: €8.90 (for an order placed before 12pm)

    International: 

    Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.

    For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties.

      1. The belt you received is too long, and you want a smaller size? Simply contact us by email at info@ceinturier.com for a free exchange.

        DEFECTIVE ITEMS

        Please check your items and their packaging carefully upon receipt.

        If you receive a defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@ceinturier.com indicating your order number and the nature of the defect. If possible, please attach a photo of the defect noted.

        An advisor will contact you.

         

        PLEASE NOTE:

        The return or exchange of the product will only be accepted for products as a whole, intact, unworn, unused and in their original condition, notably with their complete packaging (cotton pouch), intact and in good condition of sale, accompanied by gift items that were included, if applicable, in the initial order.

        We recommend that you return your item to us using a secure and/or traceable method.

         

        EXCHANGE

        After validation of the return package by us once received in our workshop, you will receive by email a voucher in the form of a gift card corresponding to the value of the item(s) exchanged. All you have to do is placing a new order on our e-shop.


        REFUND REQUEST

        Upon receipt of the return package, the products are checked by our teams and the refund will be made within 1 to 5 working days via the payment method used to pay for the initial order.

          The amount of the items including outbound shipping costs are refunded in full for any refund request made within 14 days (Article L221-24).

          For a refund request made after the 14th day and up to the 30th day inclusive, only the amount of the items is refunded (excluding shipping costs).

          Le Ceinturier reserves the right to freely modify the return period in compliance with consumer rights.

          Le Ceinturier provides customers with a prepaid label for shipping of the return package (as part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal) for returns from France €4.90.

          As a reminder, the customer can freely choose not to use the prepaid label and opt for the postage method of their choice at their own expense.

          Le Ceinturier does not provide a prepaid label for a return request made from abroad. The customer is required to ship the goods at their own expense using the shipping method of his choice.

          The customer bears the costs and risks (loss, theft, damage) linked to the chosen return method.

          The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed that another means of payment is used and to the extent that the refund does not incur additional costs.

           

          Please note: The use of gift cards or gift vouchers makes it impossible to reimburse them in cash.

          UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

          The Customer undertakes to collect their parcel within a maximum of 6 days when informed of the availability of their parcel at the chosen relay point.

          If the package returns to our workshop and the Customer wishes to receive it again, shipping costs will be charged.

          In the event of a refund request by the customer, LE CEINTURIER will reimburse the amount of the order, with the exception of shipping costs and return costs, which will be retained in order to cover the costs invoiced by the carrier (amount flat rate of €7).
