DELIVERY AND RETURNS

PROCESSING TIMES

Generally, we ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

During busy periods, we make every effort to meet these deadlines, but in some cases, order preparation can take up to 48/72 hours.

DELIVERY

Le Ceinturier delivers worldwide! (with the exception of the United Kingdom)

For Metropolitan France:

Delivery is free for purchases over €69.

Home delivery:

  • Standard Home Delivery - DPD PREDICT - Delivery against signature (choose a time slot): €6.90 (1 to 3 working days). Delivery from Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays. If in doubt, reschedule your delivery: to another date, another time slot, another address, to a neighbor, to a Pickup relay point, or to a safe place*. Rescheduling possible up to 11:00 PM the day before. (*In case of delivery without hand-to-hand delivery, responsibility is transferred to the recipient.)

  • Express Home Delivery Delivered the next day: €12.90 (delivered within 24 hours for orders placed before 12 PM)

Delivery to a relay point:

  • Standard Relay Point Delivery - Chrono Pickup Relay: €4.90 to €5.90 (2 to 3 working days) over 16,000 relay points in metropolitan France - Delivery possible from Monday to Saturday depending on relay points - Free delivery for purchases over €69.

  • Express Relay Point Delivery delivered the next day before 1 PM (excluding Saturdays): €8.90 (for orders placed before 12 PM).

During busy periods, our delivery times may be exceptionally extended.

For international deliveries:

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In France

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a free exchange or return. Items with a personalization option are neither exchangeable nor refundable, whether purchased online or in-store.

Exchange:

Free exchanges within 30 days: To exchange a product from France, a prepaid return label will be provided free of charge.
(Limited to one prepaid label per order)

  • Belt too large: If your belt is too large, contact us at info@ceinturier.com to benefit from a free exchange. A prepaid label will be sent to you at no additional cost.
  • Other products: For all other products, please follow the instructions on our Return Portal. Once your return is validated, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the value of the returned items, usable for a new online order or in a physical store. This credit note can be viewed in your customer account.

Return (right of withdrawal):

Return costs: A prepaid return label is available via our Return Portal for a cost of €4.90, which will be deducted from the final refund. You can also choose to pay for the postage yourself.

  • Full refund within 14 days: If your return request is made within 14 days from the day your order is delivered, you will be refunded the full amount paid, including outward shipping costs (based on a standard delivery rate), in accordance with article L221-24 of the Consumer Code.
  • From the 15th to the 30th day: For a return request made between the 15th and 30th day inclusive, only the amount of the items will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees.

Acceptance conditions:

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for complete, undamaged, unworn, unused products in their original packaging (including the cotton pouch and any gift items).


Internationally

Items with a personalization option are neither exchangeable nor refundable, whether purchased online or in-store.

Exchange:

  • Exchange possible within 30 days: Exchanges from abroad are possible within 30 days via our international Return Portal.

Once your return is validated, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the value of the returned items, usable for a new online order or in a physical store. This credit note can be viewed in your customer account.

Return (right of withdrawal):

  • Return possible within 30 days: International returns are accepted within 30 days via our international Return Portal. Le Ceinturier does not provide prepaid labels for international returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees.

Orders outside the European Union:

Any customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal of the package or non-payment of these fees, the initial shipping costs as well as the return costs charged to Le Ceinturier will be deducted from the refund.
